2 Free Sessions for Runners
Please feel free to join me for 2 free online workout sessions specifically for runners. After a successful 10 week online S&C course for runners I’m continuing with monthly workouts with the first being in May. If you aren’t sure about what to expect then the 2 free taster sessions will give you an idea. The classes will be live on my FB page (2) KHPhysiotherapy | Facebook. You don’t need any kit for the warm up session and if you have a kettlebell or some weights you can use those for the work out.
