Drawing on my own run history as an ultrarunner as well as a physiotherapist, I regularly host workshops for running clubs to provide their runners with advice and information on avoiding injuries, improving their running style and performance and recovering from injury. The workshops run for 2 hours but can be tailored for any groups. Individuals are also welcome to book onto these workshops. At the heart of physiotherapy is the education and advice I can offer and the encouragement to become more active. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
