A 6 week block of classes specifically for runners. Live via FB every Thursday evening at 6pm. Join in live or catch up in your own time. Repeat the class as many times as you want each week. Strength and Conditioning can significantly reduce your risk of being injured but it's an area that many runners neglect. If you don't know where to start, then this block of classes is ideal to guide you through some basic workouts with minimal kit. Help improve flexibility, balance, coordination and muscle endurance. Keeping runners healthy and injury free is hard work. A big part of reducing your risk of being injured is to understand the mechanics of running and how that affects your body. The Runners Workshops are great for passing on knowledge around injury prevention and management. Understanding what is causing your pain and how to react to this can prevent acute injuries becoming more chronic.
