Keeping runners healthy and injury free is hard work. A big part of reducing your risk of being injured is to understand the mechanics of running and how that affects your body. The Runners Workshops are great for passing on knowledge around injury prevention and management. Understanding what is causing your pain and how to react to this can prevent acute injuries becoming more chronic. A 10-week block of online courses held once a week on a Wednesday at 6pm. Strength and Conditioning can significantly reduce your risk if being injured but it's an area that many runners neglect. If you don't know where to start, then this course is ideal to guide you through some basic workouts with minimal kit. Its live through my FB group and can be watched on catch up in your own time.
