**S&C for runner’s course starting on Wednesday 7th August ** It will run for 8 weeks until Wednesday 25th of September via a FB group This course will include 2 sessions of 30 minutes per week - One will be live on a Wednesday at 6pm, the other you can do in your own time. The live session will also be available to watch in your own time. There will be links via Youtube to watch the sessions There will be a Q&A session within the 8 weeks Information on running well/good form All members of the group will have the option to book in for a gait analysis at KHPhysiotherapy in Kimberley for half price saving £55 Information and advice on managing niggles, using tools such as rollers, current research on running and general physio for runners. The price remains at £40 for the block, if you are a member of a running club get 10% off. Keeping runners healthy and injury free is hard work. A big part of reducing your risk of being injured is to understand the mechanics of running and how that affects your body. The Runners Workshops are great for passing on knowledge around injury prevention and management. Understanding what is causing your pain and how to react to this can prevent acute injuries becoming more chronic. If you would like to organize one for your local running club or running group, then please get in touch
