Keeping runners healthy and injury free is hard work. A big part of reducing your risk of being injured is to understand the mechanics of running and how that affects your body. The Runners Workshops are great for passing on knowledge around injury prevention and management. Understanding what is causing your pain and how to react to this can prevent acute injuries becoming more chronic.
