Christmas is coming!
Whatever your thoughts on the festive period you can’t avoid the rapidly approaching ‘big day’. This year has been such a roller coaster for all of us and it feels like there’s another big loop up ahead. Here in Nottinghamshire we are in Tier 3 with very tight restrictions. Restrictions are being relaxed over Christmas from the 23rd to the 27th (new guidelines have been published)
The clinic has continued to open for F2F consultations and its been really lovely seeing people through the days. It has been quieter than normal years but this is to be expected. I started to get a bit grumpy about the approaching Christmas period and decided to lift myself out of the doldrums. I’ve been running with friends throughout lockdown and this has been really good for my own mental health. I thought to bring a bit of festive cheer I would add a little colour to my exercise and dress up as an elf through December. It may sound daft but each day when I’ve put my out fit on it’s made me chuckle. As we all know smiling and laughter releases happy hormones and is infectious. So if you see a 6ft elf out and about give them a toot
The clinic will remain open till the 18th of December then I will be shutting the doors till the new year for a much needed break. If you wish to book in you can now do so online or if you wish to discuss your symptoms then please get in touch on
Stay safe folks xx
