We are hurtling towards the big C word and its been a busy few months in clinic and in the background. The new art work was installed on the windows in the clinic and hopefully now makes it easier to find the clinic. Please do let me know what you think of it. Sadly Andrew left to pursue a new and exciting opportunity, it was great having him on board, even for such a short time and I wish him all the best for the future. The Shock Wave Therapy continues to demonstrate great results for conditions such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. Make sure you sign up for the monthly newsletter as there are offers in there not available any where else.
Over the next few months I’m excited to be working with my local running club, Kimberley & District Striders to provide on line and in person strength and conditioning classes. If you are interested in finding out what the club can offer then please get in touch. Its a great way in improve your running and keep motivated through the winter months.
I’m excited to be working on an online package of strength and conditioning (S&C) classes for runners that will be available to purchase and do in your own time. They are designed for simplicity and for those who have maybe not done S&C before or need some structure to S&C within their training. Primarily for runners anyone can sign up and join in.
The beginning of November sees the return of my live, online S&C classes. These are live every week and the course will last for 6 weeks. Ideal for adding into your winter training and building some strength and resilience for 2024. Watch out for more details.
S&C packages for runners- coming soon, the fantastic Gold, Silver, Bronze packages for runners. These will be a great addition to the clinic services and ideal for Christmas presents for the runner in your life. The packages will include a Gait analysis with movement assessment, a strength and conditioning programme and follow up sessions. I’m super excited to offer these again and more details will follow shortly.
As always I love to hear feedback from my patients or anyone who follows me or interacts with my online or in person. Drop me a message or comment or leave a review/comment via Google.
