New Running Blog
As part of a drive to try and separate my running life and physio life, I’ve set up a new blog more specifically aimed at runners. It means I can focus the physiotherapy blog on more generic conditions and tips and advice from necks to toes. My running blog will still, of course, have a physio base but I wanted to have a bit more freedom to write about specific running things such as kit, injuries, exercises, events, clubs and anything else running related.

I’m also open to testing, trialling, general guinea pig type stuff and getting involved in running challenges so if you have any ideas you want to share please feel free to do so.
